“While we liked the hotel and location, there was a light on the patio that was so bright it lit up our whole room all night … we phoned down multiple times and they gave us different answers like where to turn it off etc and then landed on that it doesn’t shut off.
When I explained it this morning they then said “that must be unfortunate if you normally like to sleep in darkness”. Doesn’t everyone? Haha.
