“Very good except hot tub not cleaned fully upon arrival. I would recommend this property for families with kids. ”

“Bel endroit”

“Severe security problems: one evening people came and said that they rented our unit and showed us a confirmation with our unit number. It turned out they were booked in the unit next door and got the wrong confirmation. ok, might happen, but they were able to open *our* door with *their* code!!!If you write to the manager, you only get AI generated answers but nobody cared about the problem. It wasn't fixed within 24 hours after reporting. At this time, there were three working PIN codes for……

“The house was very close to other homes and appeared to be far from other homes. You can also hear all cars passing by the main road. The shower nozzle downstairs was broken and emailed the owner, no response. The owner suggested no shoes to be worn in the house however two of us us got splinters in our feet because the floor needs finishing. The bed upstairs was too squeaky. ”

“I experienced issues right from the beginning.I booked our stay for June 2026 back in February 2026, but for months I was unable to get any response through VRBO despite sending multiple messages to the host. I'm still not sure what happened with the communication breakdown. Then, two weeks before our trip, our reservation was unexpectedly cancelled through VRBO. In a panic, I searched for the rental online and contacted the property management company directly to discuss the cancellation. They……

“house and location could be great except that hosts do not provide any help during stay even with urgent issues and communucation with host is circular and likely only AI driven. Door lock on the condo didnt work and during our 2 day stay nobody came to fix it in spite of false promises of service. I hope that in the future there will be somebody on the site that can do at least these very basic and essential repairs.”
