The Space:

Cabin 457 is a charming loft-style chalet located directly on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. With its large windows, you can fully enjoy the stunning panorama that the location offers.



Completely renovated, you'll find a warm and contemporary decor. The layout is ideal for two people, with the option to accommodate 2 additional guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with essentials including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and other accessories. The chalet features an open-plan design, making everything easily accessible.



Outside, a beautiful terrace allows you to cook on the BBQ and dine al fresco while taking in the breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River and the ships that pass by. You’ll also find a fire pit area where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. The beach, right next to the chalet, lets you step directly into the river’s waters and enjoy your favorite water activities.



Guest Access:

Located between Quebec City and Trois-Rivières, Cabin 457 is especially appreciated for its waterfront location. Food enthusiasts and outdoor lovers will be more than satisfied with the amenities that Portneuf has to offer. In fact, several nearby restaurants and shops are well-kept secrets of the region. During your stay, you’ll have the chance to discover new flavors and meet some truly welcoming people!



Other Things to Note:

The chalet ceiling is 6 feet high under the beams.



The parking space accommodates a maximum of two vehicles.



Access to the chalet is via an easement, and only the chalet's property should be used for parking vehicles and engaging in activities.



When there is snow accumulation on the ground, a four-wheel-drive vehicle or 4X4 with good winter tires is required to access the property.
