「The property is really nice and it is very spacious for the town it's located in. Comparable hotel rooms are much smaller. The maintenance support was great. We had no hot water for a few hours and when notified, the maintenance crew showed up immediately to fix the issue. The instructions could have been better though. 「What a fantastic 3 days at the penthouse Waterfall Condo. Five adults in our group and we had ample room. We wanted for nothing. The views were simply amazing and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Check in was a breeze parking for our van was great. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lauterbrunnen and our stay at Chalet Edelweiss. We were able to walk to a wonderful restaurant for dinner and the bus stop was right outside our door which made getting to our day’s excursions very easy. The home had everything we needed and even though there was only one bathroom it worked well for our group of 4 women. I highly recommended Chalet Edelweiss if you are planning a holiday in or around Lauterbrunnen.」

While the town itself was very busy the central location of Lauterbrunnen allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle and explore the surrounding mountains. The home had everything we needed. 「We loved the view! Access between the unit and Wengen was easy via the free van service during their service hours. Outside of the service hours (after 20:00 and before 08:00) it can get pricey paying for a taxi. The walk is nice but there is no sidewalk so it can be dangerous. The loft is accessible by a steep ladder and the ceiling is not standing height. The beds were super comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! The area is just spectacular for hiking and exploring.」
