“Disappointing Experience – Unreliable and Unprofessional Service The night before check-in, the owner unexpectedly questioned an already confirmed and paid booking. Upon arrival, it became apparent that the property had been double-booked and was unavailable. An alternative property was offered, but its condition and location were deeply concerning. Situated beside a junkyard, the accommodation was accessible only via several stairs leading to a small basement-style unit. Local residents also……

“The hotel was ok, but too far from the city.”

“The check-in staff was rude and unclear, never explained facilities and never directed us to our room.”

“Best for travellers waiting to catch an early flight or those arriving late at night. . We enjoyed their breakfast.”

“Our room was alittle small and there was no partition between the shower and the toilet . Otherwise the staff were very friendly and helpful”
