It was clean, our basic needs were met, we figured out how to get our key. There are several things that could be improved however if you want guests to return. The look needs to be brought out of the seventies. The whole vibe of the place seemed kind of dark and shadowy. Everything was a little old and beat up and the furniture, with the exception of the bed was cheep, and pretty uncomfortable. Some painting had been done and the paint was in several places it shouldn't be and the flooring throughout needs an upgrade. The master bathroom's light is very dim and both bathroom sinks did not drain well. Outside the room the stairwell landings and hallways need to be something other than plywood. The room needs decoration, pictures on the walls, intersting things to look at. Niether television worked properly. The living room tv was stuck on one channel and wouldn't do anything else. The bedroom tv could change channels (very slowly) and volume but you couldn't access guide features or select a channel on the number pad, so we didn't use the televisions opting to watch a movie on our cell phone instead.
