Everything was great, especially Marta's attentive service.”

“We arrive before 6pm but no one in reception taken 30 mins to call for check in.”

“The apartment was very spacious , well equipped, nice and clean furniture. The only part that we didn’t like was not having the AC control . At the night was kind of hot .”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
