If you are looking for a vacation/weekend getaway or hosting a small special occasion/gathering this is the perfect ocean front location where you can hear the waves and smell the fresh air. Perfect for outdoor relaxing or entertaining. This bright and airy Ocean Front Home is located in the family oriented Ocean Beach 3/Lavallette with beautiful private white sandy beaches. Sleeps 7-3 Bedrooms,2 baths, outdoor shower, central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, wireless internet access, 4 TVs, electric fireplace.
Check -in 3:00 PM, Check -out 10:00 AM.
Early check- in/check - out subject to availability – Rate $20 per hour
NO Pets unless approved by host. NO Smoking or candles. Hot Tub is professionally serviced and maintained. In the event of malfunction or major issue, service will be provided as soon as possible.

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The open living room and kitchen flow right onto a huge deck, which quickly became the heart of our stay. While the bedrooms are on the smaller side, you’ll hardly notice - you’ll spend all your time outside on the deck. Between the hot tub, the cozy sectional, and the large dining area with plenty of seating, it’s the perfect spot to relax, gather, and enjoy the week. The beach is just a minute’s walk away, and the quiet neighborhood makes it feel like a true getaway. Laura is a wonderful host who has thought of everything to make this an incredible beach vacation.

Amazing Beach Weekend

Our family of 3 stayed here just to get a last weekend at the beach in for summer. The house was amazing. Clean, quiet, and the absolute perfect location. Highly recommend.

Went for my Wife’s 40th. She had such a great time I think we might go back next year. Loved the house. Laura was a great host. Answered all questions quickly. She has good taste as well.

Beach getaway

My husband and I rented this gem of a beach house for a quiet post season getaway. The house has a large and modern, stocked kitchen, large comfortable living space with sliders that open to a spacious deck. From the deck and inside the living room we could see the ocean. The entrance to the beach access is only steps away. Location, location, location. All the rooms were spotless. Communication with the owner was very easy and our questions were answered promptly.

Fantastic Location

I was a little worried about the size of the house with 3 couples and 2 toddlers. However, it was the most efficient use of 650 sq ft and with the vaulted ceiling and massive porch it seemed much larger. One couple had to sleep in the bunk bed which was not optimal but worked out fine. Laura the host was very responsive and answered every question. The house was spotless and we loved every minute of our stay. I would highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

We needed a last minute place to stay for a funeral. Driving in from Texas we were so very happy to have found this rental. My daughter and i arrived before the rest of our family and were pleasantly surprised. The home was even better than pictured. It was adorable and cozy. We felt safe which is very important to me. When the rest of our family arrived they could not believe the location right on the sand! This was the perfect place to have to retreat back to after some tough days. We spent a lot of time gazing out the windows at the ocean! Overall a beautiful place with a beautiful view. We were so grateful and would definitely book this property again!

Lovely Space!

The home is very well appointed and clean. It is a very inviting space. The bright, open living room is very comfortable and relaxing. The view of the ocean is amazing. We highly recommend this home. The host Laura is excellent and responsive. We can't wait to go back.

Beautiful rental!

This is the cleanest house that we have ever rented at the Jersey shore over 30+ years of renting. Laura was super fast to respond, and she went out of her way to help us during a difficult time for our family (we were staying for a funeral). The ocean view was the best medicine. I highly recommend this rental!!!

The host Laura could not have been better. She was so nice and gracious. The rental honestly speaks for itself. The house is beachfront and I It was about a 60 second walk to setting up our chairs on the beach. The house is updated, immaculate, and offers a great outdoor living area complete with a hot tub. 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms easily accommodated our family of 6. The living room/kitchen area was a nice space to hang out in. Parking was easy for the 3 vehicles we had and the property is about a minute from Wawa and 5 mins from the Crabs Claw. I would definitely rent again and am looking forward to in the future!

Perfect location!

Overall we had a great stay! They had a great beach theme with the colors and decor of the property. The deck was also beautiful, well furnished and very spacious. There were a few minor issues but the owner was very responsive and able to fix the issue the next day. There was no gas in the tanks so we were unable to use the grill the first day but they came the next day to resolve the issue quickly. Just some minor maintenance issues, shower rod kept falling off and the couch cover had many stains. We would definitely visit again!

Great oceanfront location but needs maintenance

Lovely decorated beachfront bungalow - tough for large group - not enough hot water to take subsequent showers; issues with grill, sliding glass door, fridge/freezer. Well stocked with beach chairs and umbrella. Needs second umbrella on deck picnic table.
