“The cabin was very cozy and clean! The host was very welcoming and the breakfast each morning was great! The balcony had a great view of the river and beach. Overall it was a great experience. ”

“The hosts were responsive and kind. The place was neat, clean and had everything we needed plus a few special touches. We felt very secure and comfortable there. No one lingering about and hardly any cars passing by. Steep stairs going up to the doorway so might be a challenge if physically disabled in some way. Overall, very pleased and no complaints here! ”

“The cleanliness and the small special items example the bottle of wine and snacks if we wanted them. Will definitely stay here again if we travel that way. ”

“We had a nice stay. We love the outdoors and the location of the cabin is great nestled back in the woods. I feel the place would be better if the pond had a path around it and the water was cleaner and fishable.”

“Had a great stay at The Bunkhouse this week! Needed a place close to my property while in town bow hunting and this property was perfect. It sits in a great, quiet location, yet has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Would 100% stay again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Lazy Gray. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room to relax, we liked the open dining area and comfy chairs and couches. The best part was being in a peaceful area and sitting outside enjoying the weather. It is close to town with several dining options and within distance to explore West Virginia as well as Jackson, we also found some cool places to explore in the Cooper Hollow Wildlife Area. ”

“The hot tub was nice but the house was long and the air conditioning hardly got to the other end of the house and it was rather stuffy. The house appeared clean but after only 30 minutes of walking around and my granddaughters feet were black. The kitchen was large enough for our family but it was not stocked with enough plates and cups to accommodate 14 people. I would not stay again. ”

“This was perfect spot to meet son and his family of 3. Everything we needed but it was a quick visit we were there maybe 14 hours ! Neighborhood was a little concerning because a vacant house across the street but we didn’t see anyone actually while there the neighbors were so quiet! ”

“Host was very accommodating. Brought rocking chairs for the porch so my mom and aunt could sit outside. He was very friendly. Not sure if it was an oversight on my part but I thought the additional event building was included. When I inquired about it, I was told it wasn’t available due to an upcoming event. It worked out fine but I think the listing was a bit deceptive. The hot tub looked a bit cloudy the first night. We did not alert the host but I’m sure if we had he would have worked to……
