“Just there for a night while traveling but the room was clean and comfortable ”

“We were there for my best friend's funeral and needless to say i was not in a good head space to begin with. Our check in was a disaster. We got our door cards and headed up all the stairs with our luggage to find that our cards didn't work. We were thankful our adult daughter was with us so she could run down the stairs to get them fixed. She did this 3 times and they still weren't fixed. Then the front desk person said he'd come up to fix it and he did. After we were finally in our room, ……

“Very quiet. Not Friday night, but Thurs & Sat. were!! Very comfortable...glad we stayed here!!!!”

“Holiday Inn Express is never a surprise. It's always well maintained and clean, the breakfasts are good and the staff is pleasant. We booked this one at the last minute while on the road and were not disappointed.”

“They had cockroaches crawling on the bed and walls I checked out Saturday night cause I was gone all day and came back and seen them crawling and I was furious it was a very bad experience and they didn’t even make the bed while we were gone ”

“The entire hotel smells of arm pits and cigarette smoke. The beds are horrible . The people in the rooms next door were extremely loud. The lady at the check in was very friendly . Shower has really good water pressure .however these do not make up for the deficiencies. Never again !”

“It was $40 more expensive than the super 8 across the river and there was no shampoo and conditioner just a tiny bar of soap and a small bottle of soap. For $40 last I could have stayed at the super 8 motel and had full bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash. The room at the super 8 motel is also a lot bigger. ”

“Rooms were clean, hotel was overall quiet. I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). For a short “getaway,” for some better sleep, I would not unfortunately stay at this location again. Hotel was clean, service was kind and pleasant. Just……
