Our newly renovated 2 bedroom basement home has been decorated and equipped with small touches and amenities to ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay. Clean, inviting, spacious with everything you need to enjoy your time away from home. We are 2 miles from downtown Lawrenceville’s historic square, with entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. 3 miles from Northside Hospital Gwinnett, 9 miles from the Mall of Georgia and 9 miles from Gas South Arena Duluth. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
The space
The apartment overlooks large, quiet and pretty gardens for guest use only, ensuring complete privacy. The patio area is partly covered for those extremely hot days and is ideal for dining or evening drinks. There is a large bbq for your use on the lower level of the garden.
The apartment is tranquil, airy and light with subtle touches of Europe throughout. Unlike other basement apartments, there is little to no noise from above. The living area has large windows looking directly out to the gardens. There are two comfy futon sofas which can also be used as beds and the large mounted tv will give you plenty of options for viewing.
The well equipped kitchen has a stove/oven, large fridge freezer and a hot beverage station, with endless flavors of coffee and teas! The appliance station will give you more options for cooking and holds an air fryer, crock pot and small grill/toaster.
The dining area is spacious with a window overlooking the garden for extra natural light.
The separate laundry room has both a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The bedrooms are beautiful. You are spoilt for choice with the Mirror Room or The Gold Room, both styled exquisitely with walk in closets. The Gold Room also has a large smart tv.
A wonderful stay is guaranteed for those who prefer a certain je ne sais quoi!
Guest access
The entire apartment and patio area is for guest use only. There are also two allocated car spaces on the driveway.
Other things to note
The pathway to the cottage has a slight slope, which may not be ideal for those with mobility issues or wheelchairs.
