“I gave this hotel 3 stars purely because of it's inconvenient location, otherwise the hotel was a very good budget stop-over, typical of French motels, clean and well maintained with secure on-site parking. The lady on reception was super-nice, very helpful with good English. This is definitely not a tourist hotel due to it's location. “Room booked wasn't room offered. Staff didn't apologise when they were made aware of situation. Got room changed. Free drink on arrival was a joke. Receptionist who had checked us in 10 minutes earlier and helped change our room to correct room refused to recognise me when I asked about free drink on arrival. When she finally accepted who I was she then stipulated that the offer was only for accor hotel members. I showed I was a classic accor member then she said only open to silver members.……
