“We had a wonderful time at this lovely villa overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta.There was a delay in the check-in process as previous guests had not adhered to the checkout time, but we were able to busy ourselves in Sperlonga until the property was readyJust a heads up, we were a party of 10 and were expecting to have access to all of the rooms at the Villa, however, some of the bedrooms were blocked off and we did not have access to them. This wasn’t a big deal, but it would’ve been nice to have a……

“We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. We enjoyed our stay at this excellent home. The concierge at the main entrance was always very helpful and the property was safe and secure. Thank you Marco for you great hospitality!”

“Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil.”

“Very clean and accurate description. We really enjoyed our stay. The train station is a 15 to 20 min walk and takes you to Central Rome station in less than 30 min. “Perfect for a relaxing time after a full on few days in the city. Property was very clean and well kept. Lovely pool and great space helping our family have a relaxing holiday. Bus routes are a little complicated and don’t be fooled by Google maps as walking trails are not as accessible as they think but this is not a reflection of the villa or surroundings. ”

“Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. The pool is fantastic to relax but also large enough to do some actual swimming, and we were very happy that it contained salt instead of chloride. Check in and communication was very easy and many tips to make it an unforgettable two weeks. We……
