Excellent communication with David! Booked somewhat last minute for our family of 4 the night before catching an early flight at FCO. He welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. Very clean and comfortable. Free parking spot right out front. Also very walkable to waterfront for lots of restaurants. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay David!

Convenient to airport and great coffee nearby

David was super friendly and helpful. The property was very convenient and comfortable. The location wasn’t super attractive but very convenient to Fiumicino airport with excellent coffee at a nearby bar and a large supermarket around the corner.

Great Stay in Fiumicino!

David was so kind friendly and helpful! The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and very close to the airport. The host was so helpful and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do during my stay. He was also always available to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this property!

There is more to Rome than just “Rome”. This place felt like home from the communication of our host David, to the outdoor space and restaurants that are walking distance which offer wonderful food for great prices. Multiple supermarkets close by. Beach is 5 minute drive. We also drove to Ostia Beaches which are beautiful and about 25 minutes away. Also a short walk to s small water front path with great seafood restaurants and outdoor seating. We have travelled well over 25 times same person and This beats most trip we have been on and best VRBO we have stayed at. Ciao David and Grazie Mille!!!!!

David was an exceptional host - kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was spotless, modern, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially during the heat wave. Despite being close to the airport, we barely noticed any plane noise. David also gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and even offered to make reservations for us. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!

We only stayed one night but overall, it was a great place to stay for our layover. It was convenient to the airport and not too far from the center of Rome. The apartment was clean and David was very helpful getting us in and settled. The beds were not really beds, more like cots and a pull out couch. A friend staying with us had his feet hanging off the end in his room (he is very tall though). Those smaller cots are good for kids.

Wonderful Stay

The property is very nice, super clean and has everything you need. The owner was very helpful and pleasant and the area has many restaurants and coffee shops. Fantastic place to stay especially if you need to be close to the airport.

Perfect airport location

David's place was an excellent location to stay for our early morning flight back to the States. David was a very helpful and accommodating host and his parents, who helped check us in, are as sweet and authentic as you can get! We highly recommend this property for your stay.

Great place!

We chose this home because it was close to the airport. David was so kind and helped arrange for a taxi the next morning. The house is great, and we loved having the little outdoor garden area. We would definitely stay here again!

The property manager you talk to is fast on the responses and very informative. His parents who meet you at the property itself are the sweetest thing! Very caring and simply want you to enjoy their hospitality.
