Bis auf Abstriche ganz okay
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Den Strand von Lazise kann man nur schwer erreichen, da man um die davorliegenden Campingplätze herum laufen muss. Die Stadt Lazise ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist älteren Zustands, aber es steht alles zu Verfügung. Was uns sehr gestört hat als nicht Hunde Besitzer, dass sehr viele Hunde in der Anlage sind und es sehr unangenehm riecht und deswegen der Garten nicht zu nutzen ist, da die Hunde dort ihre Haufen hinmachen. Die Tiefgarage ist angenehm aber auch diese wird als Hundetoilette benutzt. Alles in allem ganz okay, aber wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch mal buchen.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir haben uns sehr Wohl in Lazise gefühlt. Für die Kinder war der Pool einfach perfekt, um die heiße Sonne Italiens ertragen zu können. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Bei Fragen und Problemen wurde sofort reagiert und Lösungen vorgeschlagen.
Alles war genauso, wie bei FeWo beschrieben und alle Informationen stimmten.

Wohnung mit Mängel
Bei Ankunft ..mussten zuerst beide,zur Wohnung gehörende Terrassen gesäubert werde (spinnweben..schmutz etc). Vorgefunden- kaputte Gartenstühle..Liegestühle ekelig .wann hat die einer das letztemal angeschsut???...Bad:Dusche ekelig (schon lange nichts mehr daran gemacht...schmutz..schimmel .. )sehr eng . Garage leider haben ihr Hundehalter ihren Hunden erlaubt ihre grossen Geschäfte dort zu verrichten. Man liess den Unrat liegen..es roch sowas von ekelig !
Wir waren schon in vielen ferienwohnungen.(auch über Fewo...)..man kann über vieles hinwegsehen..aber es muss sauber sein. Die Agentin war nett ,aber bei Anreise ging es zack zack. Dann ging wlan nicht ..sie hat sich jedoch am nächsten Tag bemüht ..und es funktionierte dann!,
Man hatte das Gegühl, dass diese Wohnung zuvor nicht begutachtet wurde,dass alles auch in Ordnung ist .
Das Hochbett ,in dem unsere Töchter schliefen..22,19 Jahre also keine kleinen Menschen)war, na ja, nicht im besten Zusand .für die Untenliegende (fühlte sich erdrückt)nach oben sehr eng. Die Obenliegende traute sich nicht sich umzudrehen..da wackelig ..latten fehlten..keine Leiter zum bequemen hochgehen vorhanden.
Küche /Einrichtung ok..Elternschlafzimmer ok..
Also für einen einmaligen Aufenthalt hat es ausgereicht ...nur vermieten dass es eben vermietet ist ...kann man natürlich machen. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung nicht weiter ..leider.

Die elektrischen Ablüftung im Bad total verdreckt (ekelig). Dusche schwarz verschimmelt. Küchenarbeitsplatte auch am Rand schwarz. Gläser verschmiert u Fingerabdrücke. Im kleinen Freisitzbereich war noch Hundekot neben der Sitzgruppe. Toilettenbrille war notdürftig ausgetauscht u man verrutschte grundsätzlich wenn man sie benutzte(nervig). Mußte zuerst Wohnung putzen , bevor wir uns wohl fühlten. Da das Wetter schlecht war, war es sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Heizung lief nicht u das Duschen war zudem eine Zumutung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben einen guten Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, da es alles was man an Minimum brauchte war da. Es war nicht zu viel aber auch nicht zu wenig. Wir haben uns ab und zu selbst gekocht, daher freuten wir uns über gut ausgestattete Küche.
Alles andere war auch gut.
Unsere Kinder haben sich im Pool sehr amüsiert und es ist groß genug für mehrere Familien.
Wir hatten auch eine Hündin mit Größe M (Husky), für sie war auch Platz genug da.
