Gîte De L’Egal – in Cadouin, for 10 people, air-conditioned, with private pool and Périgord charm

Welcome to L’Egal, a charming stone holiday home accommodating up to 10 people, nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir near the treasures of the Dordogne. It is the ideal place for a family stay, with friends, or for a nature break. The large pool (10 x 5 m), travertine poolside, and 50 m² terrace will be your favorite spots to relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the valley.



Your spacious 200 m² gîte includes:

- A comfortable living room with television

- Four bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds, including one on the ground floor with easy access, and a large bedroom with two beds

- Three bathrooms (ground floor with shower; upstairs, one with bathtub and one with shower)

- Three WCs, two of which are separate

- A reading corner

- An upstairs TV area

- Air conditioning for comfort in summer

- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, 6-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer

- Private outdoor spaces with no overlooking

- Private, secure pool, open and heated from May 1 to October 30

- Furnished terrace, barbecue, pétanque court (equipment for children and adults)

- Peaceful, fenced green park of 5,000 m²

- Large free private parking, easy access for motorhomes and trailers
