Accessibility & Convenience:
An elevator connects the garage to both the ground and top floors, making it convenient for transporting heavy shopping or luggage. The property is fully gated with an electric entrance, ensuring safety and privacy. A minimum of 2 cars can be parked right by villa and access way from gate for more. Alternatively for even additional parking there are spaces on the road outside the gate.

Just another few steps down you will find the town of Le Cannet itself. It has all amenities and also is home to the famous Musee Bonnard.
