Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings!

We had a lovely time! We all really enjoyed our time in the Var region of France and will be back. Lots of places to vIsit, too many to mention we took a different direction each day. Loved relaxing under the beautiful old tree in the evening after a swim in the pool. The house had everything we needed, lots of information on what activities were on offer and places to visit. Idyllic

Spent 6 days at the property and was utterly charmed. Old house in the country side steps from vineyards (hard to find bad wine) and a short walk from a solid Patisserie. Short drive to world class beaches in sleepy villages. Terrific fresh veg/fruit in road-side stands, big supermarkets also a close distance away, ditto pharmacies. Stayed there with 6 adults, 3 young kids, and everyone had a blast (note to parents: pool has an alarm system and is well gated so likelihood of kids sneaking in and getting into trouble is significantly mitigated, though always present). Area is quiet, pleasant, and well worth a visit. Be advised: old house, so comes with old house quirks, including a mouse. This did not detract in any way from the visit and was totally reasonable given it's an old country house. I'd say it even added to the charm. Final note: you may be charged additional fee for linens and towels. This is normal in France, as the French travel with those items. Conclusion: highly recommended for a family vacation.

Dès notre arrivée, il a été constaté par les professionnels l'état d'insalubrité de l'appartement : des fourmis par centaines qui sortaient de l'évier, de la bouilloire et qui grouillaient dans tout l'appartement, la poussière n'était pas faite, le récupérateur de l'aspirateur était plein, la brosse sale. Les sanitaires n'étaient pas récurés. Concernant la literie : les matelas étaient tâchés ainsi que les coussins, les couettes ... peu confortables. Il n'y avait pas d'alèses sur les matelas. Par ailleurs, la machine à laver n'était pas fonctionnelle, ni le téléviseur (sauf DVD), il n'y avait ni torchons vaisselle, ni produits vaisselle. Il y avait des toiles d'araignée dans tous les recoins... certains interrupteurs ne fonctionnaient pas ( couloir). Le décalage avec les photos du site est criant ! De plus, nous avons été déçus de l'accueil et du manque de considération de nos demandes, sachant que nous accompagnions un groupe de résidents en situation de handicap et donc vulnérables. Ils méritaient de séjourner dans un endroit propre, entretenu et adapté.

Een prachtig verblijf te midden de wijngaarden

Heerlijk, we hebben genoten, de ligging van het huis is perfect , je kunt altijd buiten zitten er is genoeg schaduw van de prachtige boom voor huis. Het strand binnen 15 minuten rijden , prachtige routes om te racefietsen of mountainbiken en natuurlijk het heerlijke zwembad. Zeker een plaats om weer eens naar terug te gaan.

Rustikales Haus mit Flair

Wir waren mit vier Familien, insg. acht Erwachsenen und drei Zweijährigen, vor Ort. Insbesondere der Außenbereich und der Pool sind wunderschön und geräumig. Die Terrasse ist fast den ganzen Tag beschattet durch eine schöne Platane. Der Innenereich ist teilweise unrenoviert. In der Küche lebt eine Maus. Deshalb mussten wir die Lebensmittel in Taschen einpacken und es liegt Mäusekot herum. Wir haben uns im Laufe des Aufenthalts daran gewöhnt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Auf unsere Bitte hin hat er noch einmal die Reinigungskräfte geschickt. Kleinere Reparaturen wurden sofort durchgeführt. Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Bad en suite (inkl. Badewanne und Dusche), Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Auf dem Treppenabsatz gibt es eine kleine Toilette ohne Waschbecken. Im 1.OG gibt es zwei Türen, die in zwei kleine Schlafräume führen. Durch beide Räume erreichbar gibt es noch ein drittes Zimmer. Dieses kann allerdings nicht separat genutzt werden. Es gibt einen offenen Durchgang ohne verschließbare Tür zum Zimmer mit den Stockbetten. Somit ist immer ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer. In jedem Schlafraum gibt es einen Standventilator, allerdings keine Fliegen-/Mückengitter. Kleiner Wäscheständer ist vorhanden. Insgesamt ein altes Haus mit viel Flair in einer wunderschönen Lage und Umgebung.

Excellente location !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce mas : famille et amis. Nous avons passé un délicieux moment dans le logement César. Les pièces sont spacieuses, la terrasse bien équipée et dispose d'une excellente exposition. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine communautaire du mas qui est suffisamment grande pour l'accueil de tous les locataires. Il fait bon vivre dans ce logement ! Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation ! A noter la belle réactivité du propriétaire tout au long de notre séjour. Ça vaut le détour !!!

Ferien in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir waren für zwei Wochen im Mas du Galantin, 4 Erwachsene und vier Kinder. Die Aussenanlage mit der grosszügigen privaten Terrasse und dem schönen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Das Gebäude ist alt, charmant und grundsätzlich gut gepflegt -einzig die Küche, die Toilette und das Duschbad würden eine Renovation durchaus vertragen! Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass der Vermieter unsere Fragen und Anliegen sofort beantwortete und kleinere Mängel wie den defekten Duschkopf sofort beseitigen liess.

Verkommenes Haus, Außenanlage nett

Das Appartement war ungepflegt, zum Teil heruntergekommen. Das Besteck war verrostet und in den Schubladen war Mausekot. Uralte Spinnweben, die ewig nicht entfernt worden sind. Die Außenanlage war dagegen prima, der Pool gross und sauber. Leider auch dort die Liegen und die Hängematte in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben den Vermieter kontaktiert, und später auch versucht, telefonisch zu erreichen, sind aber nicht durchgekommen.

Week-end de la Toussaint

Bonjour, la propriété à un extérieur magnifique qui doit être très sympa l’été. Nous y sommes malheureusement allé un week-end pluvieux. L’intérieur est plutôt vieillot et défraîchie.Je pense que quelques travaux de rénovation serait les bienvenus car l’appartement est dans son jus.Très bon contact avec le propriétaire par téléphone par mail ou SMS. Wie in einem französischen Film...

Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen mit unseren drei Kindern (16, 13,9) im Mas Galantin in der Ferienwohnung Cesar verbracht. Das alte Haus ist sehr charmant und bietet mit zwei Badezimmern genug Platz. Highlight war aber fraglos die wundervolle Terasse! Im Schatten der Plantage konnte man es dort selbst mittags im Hochsommer sehr gut aushalten. Ausser dem grossen Tisch gibt noch eine grosszügige Outdoorlounge, mit Blick in die Weinberge. Ein Traum! Der Pool ist gepflegt und hat ausreichend Liegen, auch im Schatten. In 20 min bis 40 min erreicht man mit dem Autodie schönen Orte Bandol, Ciotat und Cassis. Wir sind etwa eineinhalb Stunden ins mittelalterliche Castellet gewandert (mit dem Auto sind es 10 min). Nach den trubeligen Stunden an Strand oder Stadt haben wir die Ruhe im Mas Galantin immer sehr genossen! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Tom per Anruf bzw. SMS war sehr freundlich, entspannt und unkompliziert. Vor Ort gibt es jemanden, der bei Fragen ( z.B. Gasgrill in Betrieb nehmen) ansprechbar war. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub! Wir sagen Merci und wollen auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen!

Authentisch provenzialisch

Die Ferienwohnung Cesar im Mas du Galatin ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Objekt ist eingebettet in den Weinbergen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wunderbare geräumige Terrasse unter den ausladenden Ästen einer großen Platane mit Blick in die Weinberge. Hier weht ab Mittag ein angenehm kühler Wind, der es einem auch ermöglicht im Hochsommer dort schöne Stunden zu verbringen. Es gibt einen sehr geräumigen Wohnbereich und eine große voll ausgestattete Küche. Besonders ist des weiteren der Wintergarten, der an der Terrasse angeschlossen ist, den wir im Hochsommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Unsere Kinder haben den wunderbar gepflegten Pool genossen, indem man dank seiner Größe auch ein paar Bahnen Schwimmen kann. Das untere Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad ist sehr schön, die oberen drei Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls ausreichend. Die gesamte Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse ist abseits der anderen Ferienwohnungen im Objekt gelegen. Der Vermieter spricht unter anderem Deutsch, war hilfsbereit und konnte uns mit einigen Tipps weiterhelfen. Nicht weit entfernt können wunderschöne Bergdörfer besucht werden. Zum Baden im Meer kann man in die nahe (15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto) gelegenen Buchten fahren. Zur Hochsaison kann es hier allerdings schwierig werden einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Für Radsportler ist die Gegend traumhaft, da man hier viele asphaltierte Wege eher weniger von Autos befahrene Wege in den Weinbergen findet. Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir ( Familie mit 2 Kindern und einem befreundeten Paar) verbrachten knapp 3 Wochen im Haus Cesar. Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Zeit. Das Haus, Garten und Poolanlage sind super schön und gepflegt. Für uns war es sehr praktish, dass der Pool umzäunt ist und eine Kindersicherung am Tor hat, so konnten die Kinder frei herumlaufen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Man erreicht viele wunderschöne Ziele in kurzer Zeit (z.B. Bandol knapp 10 Minuten, Cassis 25 Minuten, Sanary sur Mer knapp 15 Minuten). Es gibt viele schöne Strände in kurzer Entfernung mit dem Auto, die auch für Kinder geeignet sind (flach abfallend, zum Teil mit Sand oder Kieselsteine). Tom ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und hat viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft, lieber Tom! Vielen Dank auch, dass wie spontan ein paar Tage verlängern durften. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße Familie Sommer

Idyllisches Bauernhaus in strategisch guter Lage

Wir waren 14 Tage lang in der Ferienwohnung "César" mit 8 Personen zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für diese Anzahl an Personen und verfügt über die entsprechende Ausstattung. Der Swimmingpool ist herrlich gelegen und - ebenso wie der Rest der Anlage - gut gepflegt. Die Terrasse ist idyllisch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein wenig getrübt wurde der ansonsten ausgesprochen gute Eindruck durch Wasser, das während heftiger Gewitter in den Wintergarten eindrang und geschöpft werden musste, da kein Abfluss vorhanden war. Deshalb auch nur 4 von 5 Sternen.

Mas très agréable, confortable, à proximité des plages.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort et la douceur de vivre du mas du Galantin. La piscine est un atout indéniable. Le plus: l'accès aux plages, sans embouteillages. Nous le recommanderons à notre entourage.
