Great flat in great location

Very well located flat in the very much centre of town, less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station, right next to a supermarket and bakery, and a very short walk from all the shops and amenities in Le Croisic.Amazing views of the trait and harbour that won't ever disappoint!The flat is very well equipped with all the necessary essentials and more.Absolutely recommended!!!

"La très bonne surprise au Croisic"

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable chez Jean-Marie. L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé. Plein centre ville, face au port de plaisance et au magnifique Traict du Croisic avec ses lumières changeantes au fil de la journée et ses couchers de soleil flamboyants. Sur place, au pied du bâtiment les nombreuses places de parking sont gratuites. Centre historique, boutiques, marché, restaurants, tout est sur place ou à quelques minutes à pieds. En bas de l'immeuble 1 boulangerie exceptionnelle, offre un choix très varié de pains de toute sorte et de pâtisseries délicieuses. L'appartement est très agréable et entièrement équipé. Il ne manque absolument rien. On était vraiment comme chez nous. En plus très calme, aucune nuisance sonore. Les conseils avisés de Jean-Marie, consignés dans un classeur, nous ont permis d'organiser au mieux nos visites. Nos échanges avec lui par mail, ou par téléphone ont été très sympathiques. Tout était clair et précis dès notre réservation. Nous avons aussi aimé l'accueil bienveillant d'Armelle ainsi que sa disponibilité. Bref, le seul point négatif : séjour trop court. Par conséquent Jean-Marie, la prochaine fois que nous viendrons chez vous ça sera pour un séjour de 15 jours. Je voulais aussi ajouter que la région est magnifique et mérite vraiment le détour. Même en dehors des sentiers battus on trouve des villages, des lieux-dits, charmants.

Excellent séjour dans ce gite idéalement situé

L'appartement est idéalement placé avec ses commerçants tout proches et cette vue magnifique et changeante sur le Traict. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'équipement de cet appartement où il ne manque rien !... Le livret d'accueil est très bien fait et démontre l' attention de Jean Marie pour ses locataires. Nous avons adoré l'authenticité du Croisic, les randonnées sur le sentier du littoral, la criée, la vieille ville , Guérande et même le chantier naval de Saint Nazaire qui est une visite passionnante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans votre petit paradis. Merci beaucoup pour votre confiance et votre facilité d'échanges Marie France et Jean Marie

Eine wunderbare Woche

Le Croisic ist ein wunderschönes, kleines, altes Fischereistädtchen mit viel Flair und das Apartment liegt ganz zentral am Markplatz über einer Bäckerei. Der Duft von frisch Gebackenen hat schon die ersten Glücksmomente ausgelöst :). Das Apartment ist sehr schön: sauber, praktisch eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht, das Bett wunderbar groß und bequem, ebenso das Bad. Es hat alles gepasst. Das Auto kann kostenfrei auf dem Markplatz geparkt werden, mit Ausnahme der 2 Markttage/Woche. Doch es gibt überall genügend Parkplätze. Empfehlenswert sind auch die beiden Fischläden direkt am Hafen. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett und entgegekommend und wir möchten uns noch mal ausdrücklich für den großen Bettbezug bedanken, den wir vergessen hatten! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Le Croisic und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Parfait

3ème séjour dans cet appartement et toujours aussi satisfaits. Idéalement situé à proximité de tout (boulangerie, superette, restaurants, boutiques…), une vue extraordinaire tant sur le port et le traict que sur le clocher et les toits de cette belle cité accueillante et vivante. Confortable, parfaitement équipé, lumineux, impeccablement propre. Après une excellente communication avec le propriétaire, un accueil vraiment sympathique de la part d'Armelle que nous avons plaisir à revoir à chacun de nos séjour. A cela s'ajoute une bien belle région riche en balades et découvertes. Nous adorons sillonner les marais salants aux couleurs changeantes où s'ébattent de magnifiques oiseaux et admirer le travail des paludiers. Parking gratuit et facilement accessible au pied de la résidence et tout à pied pour déambuler au Croisic ou voir la côte sauvage.

Une location où l'on se sent bien

Le soleil s'est fait rare durant cette semaine et pourtant nous en gardons un souvenir heureux et riant ! Incroyable ! Le logement y a été pour beaucoup. En raison de l'accueil chaleureux qui nous a été réservé, du confort et de l'entretien parfait de ce 2 pièces, de la vue sur le port depuis le séjour dont on ne se lasse pas, en raison de son emplacement très pratique pour les courses, les restaurants, l'animation, etc, Le Croisic nous a conquises par sa beauté et son charme et de plus nous avons été touchées par la sollicitude de Jean-Marie et son souci de notre confort. Ce fut une belle expérience. Un grand merci à ceux qui l'ont rendue possible ! Et bien sûr nous rêvons déjà de la renouveler !

Séjour excellent mais beaucoup TROP COURT!!!

Après un excellent accueil, nous avons fait une superbe ballade sur le port le 'premier jour', mais avons dû refaire nos valises et repartir le deuxième, à cause de ce fichu "CORONAVIRUS". mais ce n'est que partie remise. :-)

Très bon contact avant, pendant et après le séjour d'une semaine. Appartement clair et très confortable, fonctionnel, pour 2/4 personnes. Vue exceptionnelle sur le port, des plaisirs nature à portée de pas : la presqu'île, les marais, la côte sauvage, l'aquarium, et la gare... Une adresse vivement recommandée pour recharger les batteries !

Parfaite localisation

Après un charmant accueil les 15 jours dans cet appartement se sont déroulés parfaitement . Fonctionnel et bien équipé ,lumineux quel que soit le temps sa localisation est idéale . Une bonne adresse à conserver .👍
