Très bon séjour en Martinique!

La propriété est très bien située pour visiter autant le nord de l’île que le sud. C’est on pays magnifique! La végétation, les fleurs, les paysages et que dire des plages ! Tout est super beau. Nous y étions en décembre, donc pas trop achalandé.

Vue incroyable!

Appartement idéalement placé avec une vue à couper le souffle. Rien ne manque dans l’appartement qui était très propre! L’accueil de Charlotte a été très chaleureux, plein de bons conseils. Charlotte est adorable! Super séjour.

Appartement avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un bon séjour et apprécié la vue magnifique sur le diamant. Le seul bémol c’est le ventilateur au plafond qui ne rafraîchit rien. Un ventilateur sur pied serait plus efficace. Volet de cuisine fermé car cassé, ce qui nous a privé de clarté.. A part cela, rien a dire. L’accueil de Charlotte est top. Merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et son panier de bienvenue à l’arrivée. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Logement bien situé et conforme

Avec une très belle vue et une bon emplacement pour visiter tout le sud de l’île, je recommande cet appartement. Un grand merci à Charlotte pour son accueil et ses conseils, Seul bémol : pas possible de descendre par le ponton pour accéder à la plage, la mer est trop haute.

Séjour très agréable

Bien situé dans un secteur tranquille et sécurisé. Appartement tout à fait convenable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le Diamant. L'aménagement général a besoin d'une mise à jour (éclairage désuet et mal fixé, confort du mobilier moyen, douche à rénover). Les chambres sont bien et confortables. Acceuil et communication parfait. À noter que Vrbo a encaissé la totalité des montants prévus la journée même de la réservation i.e. l'avance du loyer, le 2e paiement du loyer + le montant en garanti qui devait être payé sur place...?? et qui n'est pas encore remboursé...16 jours après notre retour.

Sous équipé, sur évalué

Très belle vue de la terrasse et accueil initial charmant de Charlotte. Mais une fois installés c’est une autre histoire! Équipement cuisine minimum (2 casseroles et une marmite!! Pas de beurrier ni coquetier ni théière et on oublie pour trouver un couteau qui coupe..!). Côté ameublement confort très réduit pour un rapport qualité /prix au total médiocre. Ce qui n’est pas non plus précisé c’est que la plage du Diamant est l’une des plus dangereuses du sud caraïbe du fait de la forte houle. Voiture indispensable pour aller se baigner.

Une vue magnifique

Très bon séjour au Diamant. Nous avons apprécié la vue à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse, et la qualité de l'appartement. Très bien accueillis par Charlotte. De plus, la commune du Diamant propose des petits commerçants très accueillants, un glacier excellent, et un marché authentique. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Ein wirklich überaus schönes, gepflegtes Appartment mit fantastischer Aussicht!

Nichts ist entapannender als auf der großzügigen Terrasse zu sitzen und dem Meeresrauschen, den Zikaden und Fröschen am Abend zuzuhören und den endlosen Blick auf den Diamanten zu genießen. Alles lief problemlos, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind sehr gut, so dass man sich gut selbst mit allem versorgen kann. Der Diamant-Strand an sich ist zwar lang, aber nicht wirklich zum Liegen/ Sonnenbaden geeignet (dafür jedoch zum morgendlichen Joggen umso mehr). Doch in den angrenzenden, leicht und schnell zu erreichenden Buchten ist es sehr schön. Dort gibt es auch zahlreiche kleinere Strand-Restaurants, wo man authentisch und unkompliziert essen gehen kann. Wir haben uns super erholt! Merci beaucoup pour un séjour splendide!

Bel appartement pour un séjour très agréable

Appartement conforme aux photos avec une très belle vue sur mer et la plage du Diamant dans résidence fermée avec une place de parking. Emplacement idéal pour vadrouiller entre les plages d'anses d'Arlet et de Sainte Luce. J'ai apprécié l'échange au tél avec les propriétaires et avec Charlotte (;-)) qui nous a accueilli sur place. Points forts : Chambre avec une bonne literie, une clim de qualité et des rangements, Appartement très bien équipé : WIFI, lave vaisselle, lave linge... Terrasse couverte ouverte Points d'amélioration : ajouter quelques couverts, couteaux, tasses à café (mais c'est du détail). Je conseille donc.

Vue sur le Rocher du Diamant

On est parti avec les 3 enfants, alors inutile de vous dire que les petits détails comptent. Les lits étaient faits, super ! on a pu se coucher direct. Une bouteille de jus de fruit était dans le frigo, cool, il fait chaud 28°C. Un lave-linge et un grand étendoir, une lessive par jour. Tout était propre. La bombe tue-moustique était à disposition. On avait la carte de l'ile et quelques pub. Une place de parking réservée. 2 accès par des marches à la mer. La résidence a un portail électrique à télécommande. La boulangerie est à 100m, le marché local est à 500m (fermé le lundi). Pas de wifi mais j'ai pu me connecter avec une clé 3G orange. La mer est chaude, les dauphins sont magnifiques, les petits poissons sont multicolores. Le resto La Voile Blanche est à faire. Pour aller à la baignoire de Joséphine, je vous conseille le pêcheur Félix qui a un super bateau à moteur et qui est basé à la Marina du François. Excellent voyage. Tout le monde est ravi.

Zauberhafter Blick

Das Appartement bietet einen zauberhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Le Diamant. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und sauber, die große Terrasse ein wundervoller Ort, die Karibik zu genießen. Appartment with phantastic bay view

The appartment really has a fantastic view of the bay, a great experience to have breakfast or dinner on the very spacious terrasse enjoying the view. rooms were all very clean, Celine and Stephane helpful in explaining how to find the address. Good security system gives you the feeling of safety during the Holiday. We very much enjoyed our stay and can rcommend the appartment for travellers who wish to explore the Island by car as we did

Magnifique appartement !

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Le cadre est superbe... et quelle vue !! La Baie du Diamant , certainement la plus belle de l'île. Très bien agencé et idéalement placé pour profiter pleinement de toute l'île. Très bon accueil de Mme Clerfeuille. Le Diamant est un très beau bourg avec tout les services essentiels. Le marché couvert est génial ! La plage est magnifique. Bref, je recommande fortement cette prestation où vous passerez d'excellentes vacances en famille ou entre amis. Et merci à tous les Martiniquais pour leur accueil chaleureux ! (séjour du 20/02 au 06/03/2015).

Very nice location

Picturesque view on diamant bay from a big terrace. Lovely and quiet appartment with well equipped kitchen. The photos you see in the advertisement is what you get if you are there :). We appreciated our stay very much!
