“It was an excellent stay in a lovely villa located on the outskirts of Catania, in a room with a private bathroom. It is a gated property with an easy parking and we even got our own gate opener. It’s a historic property run by a lovely duo of the mother and daughter, eager to share their suggestions on local restaurants and places to see. If you want to stay closer to Etna and avoid the traffic and parking hassle in Catania, this is a place to stay. ”

“The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family.”

“We stayed here the night before our trip up Mt Etna. It was an ideal location for an early start, 20-25mins from the cable car station. We arrived early the day before but were allowed to check into our room and had the entire place to ourselves so spent the afternoon sat by the pool. “Nous avons passé un séjour parfait à l'hôtel Belladonna. L'hôtel est magnifique, propre et joliment décoré. La chambre est spacieuse et le couchage très confortable.
