Propreté médiocre mais emplacement correct

Propreté du logement à revoir, moisi dans la salle d'eau, vitres barbouillées, ménage fait à la va vite, toiles d'araignée, prise de courant bouchée avec du papier WC, pas de Vmc dans la salle d'eau(donc moisi), écoulement du lavabo dans l salle d'eau se fait dans la douche, pas de rangements dans la salle d'eau. Manque 1 salle d'eau pour un logement accueillant autant d'occupants. Vaisselle sale à l'arrivée, crasse sur les fenêtres, réfrigérateur (nous avons dû replacer le joint pour l'étanchéité de la porte), sable dans le Spa... Sinon endroit propice à la détente et accès plage rapide et facile. Literie relativement confortable (mais odeur de moisi sur les draps après retrait de ceux-ci).. Un bon coup de ménage (et un vrai) est à effectuer et des travaux de mise en conformité à prévoir. Si un prestataire de nettoyage est engagé, revoir leur sérieux!
