Situation géographique conforme à l'annonce, belle vue face à la mer dans un cadre paisible et calme. un réel plaisir de pouvoir bénéficier d'un tel panorama. Accès très facile, espace de vie sympathique bénéficiant d'un très grand jardin. Travaux récent réalisé dans la maison. Seul bémol, le ménage réalisé après le passage des anciens locataires par la conciergerie était plus que moyen. la vaisselle était très sale, les poubelles de collecté de la maison étaient plus que pleine. Et malheureusement une odeur de remontées d'égout dans les chambres du bas provenant de la salle de bain.
