Just steps from the Seaquarium and the sea, in the Palais de la Mer area, this charming 2-room apartment accommodates 4 people and includes a loggia.

You will find an entrance with a closet leading to the bathroom, separate toilet, living room with a convertible sofa (140 cm BZ), dining table, TV, and an open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and more. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) with a closet and chest of drawers.

A loggia allows you to enjoy breakfast or meals outdoors.
The beach is only 300 m from the apartment, and the Samba shopping center is 50 m away, with a SPAR, wine shop, laundromat, and more.
