Prime location residence "Le PORTIQUE" facing the sea with direct access to the beach, the city center and all amenities is the perfect accommodation to spent your holidays !
Nice studio on the 2nd floor (with lift) can accomodate up to 2 people with a leaving area of 17 m² and a sunny terrace of 7 m² overlooking the garden. The main room features a double bed (140 cm), a kitchenette (electric burners, microwave oven, fridge). Shower room with toilet. Washing machine. TV. No parking space.
Additional visitor's tax. Pets are not allowed.

Séjour lavandou studio

Studio bien équipé dans copropriété propre, bien tenue, balcon avec vue sur pinede, et terrain de tennis. Par contre beaucoup de bruit car studio situé presque en plein centre vu que la location était en août. Arrivée agence immobilière, accueil pas très chaleureux, reçu avec hâte.
