Prime location residence "Le FREDERIC MISTRAL" facing the sea with direct access to the beach, the city center and all amenities is the perfect accommodation to spent your holidays ! This building provides a private parking.
Charming crossing corner one bedroom on the higher floor can accomodate up to 4 people with a comfy living area of 46 m² and a large terrace of 20 m² facing the sea and the islands. Sunny, facing south-east. Entrance hall, separate toilet, ensuite bedroom with a queen size double bed (160 cm), a shower and washbasin. The living room features a sofa bed (140 cm) a TV, an equipped open plan kitchen (ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven microwave, fridge/freezer). Wifi. Air conditioning. Parking space. Emplacement idéal , très belle vue mer

Idéalement placé , avec parking , face à la plage et près du centre tout en préservant un certain calme . Très belle terrasse mais équipement à renouveler (table et chaises , chaises longues) . Une plancha ou bbq serait un plus . L appartement propose un niveau de confort acceptable mais mérite un sérieux rafraichissement.
