Restored farmhouse from the 1630s which has retained the charm of its exposed stones and vaults. Ideal place for lovers of nature and calm, the farmhouse is perched in the middle of a forest of chestnut and pine trees. the impression of being alone in the world while finding within 10 minutes all shops (supermarket, bakery, tobacco, butcher ... etc.) Sunny terrace with swimming pool and deckchairs. + covered terrace equipped with a barbecue (gas). 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room with fireplace, fitted indoor kitchen + summer kitchen also fully equipped, a small lounge ideal as a reading area, games for children with library (children / adults books available and some board games). Washing machine, dryer, hair dryer in each bathroom.
2 electric devices for pierrade, ironing board and steam generator, 2 booster seats for children, 1 umbrella bed with mattress, dishwasher, table and garden chair for meals on the terrace, 1 parasol, intrusion alarm.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels and bath towels for the pool. Possibility of taking the cleaning option.

voici ma correspondance à laquelle je n'ai pas eu de réponse.Madame, Monsieur,Nous revenons vers vous suite à notre séjour dans votre maison numéro de reservation HA-YMXD2W du 16 au 23 août 2025, réservé via Abritel.Nous tenons à exprimer notre profond mécontentement concernant la qualité des prestations, très en deçà de ce qui était annoncé et du prix payé (3 000 pour la semaine).Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un manque flagrant d’entretien et d’équipement, ainsi que de nombreux dysfonctionnements qui ont fortement gâché notre séjour en famille. Voici une liste non exhaustive des problèmes rencontrés :Propreté insuffisante : la femme de ménage elle-même nous a indiqué ne pas avoir eu le temps de tout nettoyer. L’accueil avec deux machines à laver cassées abandonnées à l’entrée donne immédiatement une impression de négligence.Équipements cassés ou inutilisables :Réfrigérateur inutilisable (porte dégondée) impossible de stocker correctement la nourriture pour 12 personnes.Four de la cuisine principale qui faisait disjoncter impossible de cuisiner correctement.Machine à laver qui fuyait donc inutilisable, malgré l’intervention de la gardienne, rien n’a été réparé.Placards cassés dans la chambre parentale, inutilisables nous avons dû garder nos vêtements dans nos valises.Fenêtres ne fermant pas (sécurité compromise) ou bloquées.Téléviseurs présents mais non branchés inutilisables.Prises électriques vétustes, cassées et dangereuses.Manqu

Bon rapport qualité prix . L’emplacement et la piscine sont les points forts même si l’accès est un chemin sinueux et difficile. la description de la maison ne correspond pas tout à fait à l’annonce. Les chambres de l’extérieur auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Et celles du 2eme étage sont en enfilade ce qui aurait dû être précisé. L’ampoule de l’escalier extérieur est grillée et les wc extérieurs sont à rénover.

We had booked this house, but after going to pick up the keys and seeing the property, decided that it was not suitable for our group. There was insufficient information on the site regarding the situation of the house - the map link was wrong and we had some difficulty finding the location (did not receive instructions from the host despite request). The house keeper requested several hundred Euro up front to cover cleaning fees, and bedding (not clearly stated on the information that bed linen and towels not provided), and a cheque to cover potential damage. This was not signalled at booking. The house set up meant that two rooms either had no easy access to a bathroom, or where loo paper had to be put in a bin (septic tank, I presume). This layout was also not clear from the listing. There were a number of things in the house that were flagged as broken that we should not use as they had been damaged by the previous renter. We were also told that we should only use the barbeque if we were prepared to pay a 100Euro fine if it was not considered to be adequately cleaned. The house sleeps 12, but access to the property up a steep single track, with no passing places and with limited space for parking at the house meant that it would be impossible to park and turn round three cars. This was also not obvious from the listing, and it would significantly help future renters to have better information on access clearly stated.

Rustig en veel ruimte

Mooi gelegen woning van alle comfort voorzien. Wel wat afgelegen van winkelstraatjes, restaurants...Niet makkelijk te berijden wegje naar het huis, heel smal en veel stenen, putten ... wel een woning waar rust en stilte overheerst, magnifiek uitzicht.

Très belle propriété

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec une dizaines d’amis. La maison est très fonctionnelle et est bien équipée. Elle se situe dans un endroit calme et sans vis à vis au milieu de la nature, parfait pour profiter de la piscine. Je recommande vivement !
