Very disappointed in the service we received. We waited 3 hours in the lobby for our room to be ready without any caring or concern from the staff. The receptionist seemed ‘put out’ the two times I asked for an update. When we finally got to our room we found just one thin pillow each. There was no phone in the room so when I asked at reception for two more pillows, I was told that there were none to be had. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors opening their suitcases. We tried to get a pre dinner drink at the bar but the staff were all having their break in the adjacent restaurant and we were completely ignored. Finally when a staff member got himself a coffee he told us that dinner and the bar opened at 7pm. Again there was no concern for our comfort. Although the buffet dinner was tasty, the hot dishes were just lukewarm. There was a shuttle bus to the airport but despite being the only passengers, we were not dropped off at our terminal but at another terminal which required us to take another bus and a train and 40 minutes to get to our desired terminal. I speak French so this was not a language barrier just poor service and complete lack of concern for our needs or comfort.

The tiny town of Amolot is just around the corner from this hotel. The food is great and so is the service. It has good food and great rooms to sleep in.

Very nice hotel with lovely music and fun colors! Only complaint was that there wasn’t many food options in terms of vending machines and food service past 11pm. Otherwise, great stay and would stay here again. Felt really safe here as a solo traveller and super close to the airport.

Excellent stay. Our only serious complaint was the service provided by the navette that left us abandoned at Terminal 2A , whereas our flight departed from 2E. We had great difficulty in finding a way to 2E. We will never take the navette again but rather ask for a taxi.

News pics must be post on website. Almost impossible to find airport shuttle from airport to hotel. Its mentioned on free shuttle but it was not. Washroom need close door for shower and some more towels can be helpful

Pay the extra money to get a comfortable hotel

Where should I start. This is what I get for getting suckered in to affordable hotel. Save yourself the stress and upgrade to a slight pricier hotel. I shot myself on the foot for booking here for 6 nights. Ok let's start with the staff shall we? As a non french speaking ( American ) I can get by with some. At first I thought the front desk manager ( Jennifer ) was a bit stand offish. I traveled with a group of 3 and it's been an exhausting day. We got in around close to 12 hoping our room would be ready. NOPE we have to wait until 2. It's a bit disappointing, she did not make an effort to at least try and check if our room is ready, you have tired guest who are ready to relax from a long flight. I did notice though that French guest are a priority, some arrived early and was immediately given to check in. Hmmmm.... Please DO NOT email your guest to check in early online & to find out we will have to wait. Let's keep going shall we? The rooms.. The sheet smelt like it hasn't been change from the last guest who stayed in our room. It smelt musty and wet ( Gross ) the floor is disgusting as you can see in the picture. Air conditioner barely worked thank god there's a big window to air out all that smell and MOIST room. The most disappointing of them all the beds.. it's all sunk in. It felt like there was a 600 pound person who laid there for months. Pillows are so tiny it was flat as a board. Overall this was a very uncomfortable experience for me ( sleepless nights

A dated hotel close to the airport but nothing else. We were hungry when we arrived at 2:00 PM but the restaurant didn’t open until 7 PM. The buffet dinner was just okay. The hotel did provide a shuttle to the airport for a fee.
