「フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。　特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。　部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です　観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。」

「We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. 」

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「Had room 401 and it was perfect for our long weekend stay. The check in process was really easy and the instructions sent over were excellent. Didn’t hear a peep from any other guests or from the street below. The location was really good too, close by bars, bistros and restaurants without being affected by lots of noise. 「羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。」
