「Fabulous staff, so helpful accommodating and friendly. Beautiful location with such a wonderful focus on conservation. The Pilotes Overwater bungalows are an absolute highlight, comfortable, spacious and with gorgeous views. An true highlight to be watching the turtles and snorkelling with them right off the deck.」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」
