Whether you are a couple, family or friends, this house is the ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the Rhuys peninsula.



Enter through the entrance door and let yourself be seduced by a large living room, open to the garden through a wide bay window. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or, on beautiful days, enjoy the garden table to have lunch outdoors. The lounge area invites you to relax, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television, ideal for extending the evening.



The accommodation has two bedrooms:



- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe including storage space and a hanging rail

- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a wardrobe including storage space and a hanging rail



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The toilets are separated for greater comfort.



A laundry room, located to the left of the entrance, includes a washing machine at your disposal.



Finally, you will be able to park up to two vehicles in the courtyard in front of the house.
