Your ultimate getaway starts here—nestled on 16 secluded acres right on the famous Mickelson Trail, which becomes a top snowmobile route in winter. Ride your UTV straight from the property with unlimited trailer parking and adventure in every direction. Just minutes from the ski area, this location is a dream for outdoor lovers year-round.
After a day of exploring, store your gear in the huge garage (available upon request), relax under the stars, and soak in the peace of your private Black Hills escape. Whether it’s biking, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, or simply breathing in the mountain air, you’ll find it all right outside your door.
