Great place to stay

Plenty of room and sleeping space. Big game area for kids, nice hot tub and fire pit, with beautiful view and quit. Kitchen has all you need and more.

Great stay

The property itself was gorgeous, including house and yard. Generously stocked especially kitchen. We made our own meals and any cooking utensil needed was there. So much room. Everyone was comfortable. Best place we've ever stayed.

Great location and parking area for trailers. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for large groups. Wish the dining and kitchen area was a little more spacious and open; otherwise a great house. This was our 2nd time staying in this home.

The place was great and had all tha amenities and more. The only suggestion would be a specific person or manger you can have direct contact with of an issue, instead of an automated response. We had to seek someone out after no water 2 days from amain break down the road

2nd time around not as good.

We have stayed here previously and had loved the house. Amenities are great and location for us is perfect. However, the cleanliness of the house was subpar compared to last time. Trash was left in various trashcans, a load of laundry in the dryer and more. Definitely not as clean as our previous stay. WiFi was also spotty which is a drawback for a business trip.

Mountain getaway

This home is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! Spacious is an understatement! We were very comfortable with 4 adults and 6 kids (ranging from 17-8). Everyone had their own space! Loved that the table sat 10, so we could eat together! Only downfall is that the refrigerators didn’t work right. Down stairs didn’t keep the drinks cold (did work after first day)… the upstairs fridge didn’t work - ice machine is broke and the refrigerator froze our food (fruits veggies, milk products, and salads) which ended up being quite a expense for us to replace food… but all in all I would recommend this home!

Wonderful home, needs TLC

Home was great for our family vacation. Minor TLC would make this house perfect. Grill needs replaced. Door locks need repaired/replaced as several were hard to lock. HVAC has issues. No AC in two bedrooms downstairs in 100 degree heat while master bedroom was cold even with controls shut off in that room.

The location and cleanliness were excellent. However the downstairs door to the deck would not lock. Property manager was aware of this BEFORE we checked in and said they couldn't get parts to repair door lock. We were not made aware of this until we tried to lock the door.

Great house

Black Hills

To much of a house for a short weekend. I feel a lot of extra charges under Vacasa that one does not need with a VRBO. I will watch with booking next time. Our family loves the Black Hills and enjoy trying new places to stay.

This property was just ok. The biggest disappointment was the sauna. It had a leak that soaked the carpet in the adjoining hallway. They were advised about it and directed us to discontinue use. They more frustrating part is they knew this was an issue and continued to advertise a working sauna. The freezer also had a leak in it that ran out onto the floor. It has potential to be a nice property, but definitely needs some work.

Disappointed & Falsely Advertised

We rented this location for the amenities that it offered. Unfortunately I was not informed that some of those amenities were not in working order. Paid for them but could not use them. Very upsetting. The hot tub did not work and was grossly disgusting when we opened it. The amount of what looked like dead skin inside made me sick!! The fire pit was filled with junk of past renters as was a trash can that was near it. Both these issues were reported to the rental agency and nothing was ever done to correct it or even reach out about it. The house had many other issues between screens broken, doors not in actual working conditions and so forth. Very upsetting paying for these things and not being able to use them.
