Beautiful cabin in a peaceful neighborhood!

Absolutely loved this place. It worked great for our group. It was all so nice- high quality and comfortable furniture and I loved the layout and decor. Would definitely stay here again! And I appreciated that the fridge wasn’t full of past renters food!!

Family vacay

We loved our stay! We stayed Sunday through Friday in February… in the middle of the polar vortex and this place was wonderful! We took full advantage of the hot tub, fire place, games, coffee pot, and the comfy cozy setting. We stayed here with our adult kids and spouses and had the most memorable time. The beds were super comfortable and the open layout of the main floor with the sunlight pouring in the windows was beautiful. We enjoyed our time and hope to come back again!

We plan a trip to the Lead area every year to get away from home in Minnesota on the anniversary date of my husbands passing. This was a great place to stay at!! Very clean and worked perfect for our family of 15 that came! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself was beautiful! They did have a spider issue. I would suggest maybe spraying for them. I absolutely hate spiders so it was hard to relax because I was constantly looking around making my husband kill them. The shower pressure was terrible. Most of the comforters had stains on them I would suggest to wash the comforters after someone stays not just the sheets and pillow cases. I would absolutely stay again my family had a fantastic time. As the owner I would at least take what I said into consideration and spray for spiders, wash the comforters and fix the water pressure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been renting a home with this company for six or seven years. It is perfect for our large family and our stay is always enjoyable. If I had any complaints at all over the years it would just be that there is never enough garbage bags,paper towels, dish soap, or dishwasher detergent. I would love to say doing dishes was only a once a day job but even on vacation it has to be done at least twice a day- we always run out of pods and dish soap, as well as garbage bags. For a large group and I’ve a holiday like Christmas I would think there would be a better supply of these items. Other than this our stay was so much fun and would highly recommend! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a nice place for a group! The place was clean (other than some spider webs) we didn't notice anything that wasn't clean. So many windows the place was so bright and airy! Having three bathrooms for the ten of us that stayed worked out well. Parking was fine too for the 4 vehicles we had. The Cons - We were on our last rolls of toilet paper, ran out of garbage bags, ice machine didn't keep up, didn't have cooking spray/oil or any seasoning like salt or pepper, no 9x13 pan for us to use, only sheet pans. All things that we could have easily brought along had I known those things weren't included. We brought our own coffee but there was some as well as some filters that were too small for the machine so they must have been left from another group. I read a review that said they didn't have enough garbage bags so I brought a few extra with me thankfully. Despite the cons above, we had a great stay in a great neighborhood. The rental company was communicative which I appreciated as well! I would stay here again!

We normally stay in the Hill City area but we had family staying in this same development. We absolutely loved the home. It was perfect for our family. When we arrived, it was very warm. House was cooled and spotless clean. The weather changed quickly and we woke up to snow one morning. The fireplace hadn't been on for the season so we contacted the management company. They came over on a Saturday and got the fireplace working. My daughter had to deal with a work emergency and needed to fly out on the day of our departure. I contacted the management and they accommodated a late check out for her. It was a great home and was reasonably priced. We would absolutely rent this home again.
