- Welcome to your perfect Black Hills getaway! This newly built, 3400+ sq. ft. spacious property has been designed for both relaxation and adventure. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms spread across 2 levels, there's ample space to accommodate your entire group comfortably. The home boasts an open floor plan with huge windows that bathe the living spaces in natural light. The modern kitchen and living area seamlessly connect to a walk-out covered deck, where you can enjoy outdoor dining or simply take in the serene views. The large fireplace in the living room is perfect for kicking back and enjoying the cool evenings.
A fully paved driveway leads to an oversized two-car garage, perfect for storing vehicles, ATVs, or snowmobiles. There's also a second fridge/freezer in the garage making it great for storing extra food and beverages. On the lower level, you'll find a large open living area with a TV, which walks out to a patio featuring a hot tub and a cozy seating area for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Located in the highly sought-after Powder House Pass subdivision, you’ll have access to a fantastic community clubhouse, complete with a game room and two pools—one of which is heated year-round for winter relaxation. For the adventurers, you’re just off Rochford Road, south of Lead, SD, with direct access to some of the best ATV and snowmobile trails in the area. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an outdoor adventure hub, this home has it all!

Powderhouse Pass is one of our favorite locations to book a house for vacations and this house by far is our favorite. Beautifully decorated, most comfortable beds we’ve slept on and plenty of room for your whole family.

This place was absolutely beautiful. So clean, new, and had all luxuries you’d want with large bathrooms and bedrooms, a hot tub and open floor plan for congregating. The space accommodated our 11 adults and 3 children great for our family vacation. Great location, very close to Deadwood and Lead.

We rented this home for a group snowmobile trip to the Black Hills. The trail is literally just across the road from the home which was very convenient. We had two pickups with enclosed trailers that fit in the driveway. The home is extremely nice! We were a group of 6 and the floor plan allowed everyone to have their own space. If you are planning a vacation to the Black Hills I would highly recommend this home!

We stayed here on a family trip with all ages. It was a great space for all of us. The house was very clean and up to date. They had everything we needed for our kitchen needs. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. The hot tub option is great and was very well maintained. Budi was helpful in answering all our questions before arrival and the check in process was very smooth. *one note is the air in the house is very dry, so if you are sensitive to this I would recommend bringing a humidifier for sleeping.

Easy check-in process. Plenty of space in the house for everyone along with a huge kitchen area. Everyone enjoyed the access to the pool and fire pits at the clubhouse. Great location as well!!
