Couldn't ask for a better vacation home away from home. Clean, comfortable and lots of space. The hot tub was a great bonus to our stay!

Fall Hills Trip

We had a great time at Pokes Place. Beautiful home and nice area by Terry Peak. Lots of space for friends to gather. I would stay here again.

We loved this property! We went on a family ski trip. When we arrived everything was as beautiful as the photos. Short drive from Terry Peak. We had plenty of space, rooms and bathrooms. Would highly recommend!

Spacious comfy home

This home is perfect for large family gatherings. The kitchen had everything needed with a nice big table for game nights. Bedrooms are stylish and the beds are comfortable. It’s just a short drive to Terry Peak. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The heated garage is a bonus. We would stay here again!

We stayed in Pokes Place for a work retreat. Was very close to deadwood and rentals for UTV’s. Beautiful views and very clean, new property. Hot tub was great and house was spacious and clean.

Family vacation 2024

Poke’s Place was above our expectations. The property was perfect for our extended family vacation. It allowed for everyone to have their own space, as well as room to come together for meals and socializing. As we plan our next trip, we will definitely consider this place again. It would be difficult to find a place that better meets our needs.

Great Stay for Sturgis Rally!!

What a great property! It still feels new! The multi-level floor plan is great for larger groups, no one feels crowded! the large garage was perfect for the 8 motorcycles we needed to park. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed the spa! High quality, this is not a Costco special. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels available. Thank you for a great stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay here! Wish we would have known the water was not drinkable from the amount of chlorine in it. Bring all water for drinking, cooking etc. One washcloth for the possible 12 people up stairs/ two hand towels. No can opener in kitchen but it is fully stocked with everything like a slow cooker, electric mixer, toaster, pitchers, pots, pans, strainers, glassware plus plastic for children, etc . Drive the bigger cars as the weather changed on us and my family had to push a Honda civic up the hill on the main road....of which they do tell you ! We didn’t use the garage, but it certainly was an option. Not sure the shower was cleaned upstairs as paper on the wall and foil on the floor. We loved the game table, air hockey (home score doesn’t work), foosball table. TV in every room. Very close to to ski and go to Deadwood. Mostly private, stunningly beautiful place and we would definitely stay again.
