We asked for washcloths and an additional hand towel and did not get a response from staff. We were given two towels one hand towel. Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. No extra blankets. No housekeeping. There was a sink to wash dishes but no sponge or kitchen towel. Road noise was horrible. Windows did not lock we had bars to put in the windows. No coffee pot but there was a French press. On the last day there was no internet. We did not reach out to staff because they never answered about the towels. Would not stay there again.

Nightmare!!! We checked in online and went to the property to final lat back on our bed but our door codes that were sent on email by the property was not working and had to wait there for 30mins and no one answered our calls. We had to book another nearby hotel during midnight.Insane!!

The room itself was perfect. Very small but perfect for my husband and I. Queen size bed and a large bathroom with soaking tub. We stayed for 5 nights and had to call for towels, toilet paper and for the trash to be emptied. We never saw a maid or hotel staff. There was not a hotel office. Everything was electronic. Check-in and check out. The hotel looks shady from the outside but our room was quite nice. The rooms did not have a refrigerator but there was a community fridge in the walkway. The hot tub didn’t have water in it. No dressers in the rooms.

This hotel is the perfect option for people that are looking for a hassle free stay, both check in and check out can be done online without having to go to their lobby! The room is overall very nice, but definitely has an old school charm with not many renovations done to things like the shower and heating/ AC but both still work wonderfully. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel!

The place looks sketchy from the outside, Nobody was around in person to help us, The people we had to call were very rude and unhelpful as well as lied to us. The room had been USED when we finally got in and we couldn’t stay there. Now we are having problems getting a refund.

Heat was stuck on and it was hotter than Hades in the room with no way to change it. It was in the mid 80s in the room when we got there and we only survived the night with a fan and windows open. Which then made it noisy in the morning. Weird smears on the bathroom walls. I chose the pay at the property option because I was splitting the room cost with someone and wanted to put it on a different card when I checked and was charged in the morning before I got there on my card. No one here to check in with and was just sent a door code. Pretty expensive for the quality of the place.

The property is absolutely amazing and cute. I came there on a work trip by myself, but it would definitely be something. I would love to bring my wife to. Love the smell of a newly remodeled room love the extra big bathtub since the downside was the hot tub was empty and not working, which was a plus if you were construction at the end of the day! Unfortunately, for some reason that wasn’t working and that was the only issue I had I would definitely stay here again and the customer service was very helpful.

Hello, I stayed at this place specifically for the hot tub, we got their and learned it was out of service. I would have stayed elsewhere. Also, there was not a fridge in our room. there was only one roll of toilet paper, the room was hot. it was clean but I would not stay again.
