Great place to stay for a reasonable price if you’re passing through. It’s not Boujee, but it’s perfect if you just need a spot to crash and don’t want to break the bank. Will stay again the next time I go fishing in Leadville!!!

For the price I expected better. Frozen yogurt in the refrigerator, only waffles and junk food for breakfast. I expected at least eggs and sausage or bacon. The room had exposed electrical outlets and I had to use an extension cord to reach across the room to hook up my CPAP. At least the bed was clean and comfortable.

For a small mountain town hotel it was fine. We stayed overnight to be near the trailhead in the morning. It is fine for what it is, but definitely in need of some upgrading.

This is a trucker hotel. Cheap and not bad. We would have stayed elsewhere but it was one of the few places in Leadville that allows dogs ($25/night). Not in walking distance of town but still a great location for visiting or just passing through. Upgrades to the property are evidently not a priority but it was clean enough for me, and I like it clean. For the.$100, compared to other locations it’s probably worth it but if you like comfort on your vacation look elsewhere.

The room (king size bed) was clean and OK. The breakfast was underwhelming. The right side of the building was a demolition zone. There was a cell tower right behind the building. No elevator and at 10,000+ ft, stairclimbing is a challenge.

Staff was nice, place was clean. Dated rooms with some basic maintenance needs. Breakfast room was tiny and cramped. Minimal options, cereal, oatmeal, 1 waffle maker, yogurt, package doughnuts. Thats it. No healthy options, no grab and go options. Only hot option had a long line to use. If your looking for free breakfast skip this place. We probably would not stay here again. Also the connecting building is in shambles and half torn down.

Great reasonably priced place for a quick overnight stay while venturing through some of the mountain towns! Simple included breakfast options were appreciated & just enough to get the day started!
