The lower section of the home also has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms one of which is set up bunk style to accommodate 4 adults/kids in beds. There is another spacious family room with plenty of seating, a large screen TV, a sofa-sleeper and just off of that is another entire full kitchen and dining nook. The large garage has a ping pong table, dart board, and other games for your enjoyment. The lower section of the home has a large covered patio that includes a 7 person hot tub and opens up to the spacious grounds. Parking is available for 8 cars and the lawn area is huge for great outdoor games with friends and family. While there is air conditioning in this home, it is only on the main level and not the basement, which naturally stays cool.
If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
