Spacious, fully furnished & equipped, family friendly Above the Barn is the place to call home for a couple of days while enjoying being close to everything Leavenworth as to offer. Located on a quiet side street off of Icicle road. 1.5 miles from the village of Leavenworth, close to hiking trails, Sleeping Lady resort, the Wenatchee & Icicle rivers. The unit has many large picture windows that overlook the valley, surrounding hills & mountains.

Perfect for a couple or small family to enjoy this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with shower) guest suite with a nice kitchenette and living/dining room area.

The guest suite has A/C for those warm summer months (portable unit on wheels) in the living room, overhead fan in living room and floor fan in bedroom.

Perfect location for 2 to visit Leavenworth only suggestion is a softer mattress and an L shaped couch would make chilling watching tv more comfortable. If i can stay here again I will.

What a gem!

We were looking for a place to stay after getting off of the trails and this wonderful little place did not disappoint! It was in a great location (if you're not worried about walking downtown), was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it was a great place to crash after a long day of hiking. We were even able to get a late checkout at the last minute which we so appreciated. We hope to come back soon!

Perfect place for a couple or a small family

Very clean and quiet place! Great location as it is hardly 5 min drive to downtown Leavenworth. Shannon and Shirley are great hosts. They were very accommodating and helpful. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Leavenworth.

Wonderful experience

Mark and Shirley were great! The guest suite was absolutely stunning and clean which made for a very comfortable stay. Minus a cooking station, the suite has all the appliances, dishes, and utensils you will need. I brought my air fryer and we were set for the weekend! As a heads up, included with your stay is complementary coffee, creamer, sugar, and spices. In the bathroom there is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well. A perfect place for 1-2 guests.
