There were thoughtful touches of luxury throughout: gas fireplace, giant shower, bathrobes, silky sheets. There was a patio with deer outside our window and wind in the pine trees. Breakfast was brought to our door with a delicious omelet, fresh fruit, juice, and just-right hash browns.

The kitchenette had no flatware, plates or bowls. You can't make meals, only heat things with the very tiny microwave. The bathroom door had no latch. Half of the jets on tub didn't work properly. The breakfast is a boxed meal delivered to your door, not a traditional sit-down bed & breakfast. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was very loud and it's bearings screeched from time to time. For the price, a bit disappointing.

Robert, Thanks for staying with us. I am sorry you were confused about our suites. We are rent hotel suites, not cabins, so we don't have any of those items in our suites as we don't allow cooking in them. We have some great restaurants in and out of Leavenworth that we hope you were able to sample. We do serve breakfast to your room where there is a place for you to sit down and eat comfortably. We did change during Covid to to-go items and many of our customers love not having to worry about putting dishes out for pick-up when they are through. We do know that people play with the tub jets (turn them on/off) but that is easily remedied by turning them individually to what you desire. Thanks for staying with us. We certainly would have loved to have this conversation with you when we spoke in the morning but please reach out if you would like to speak some more. Thanks again for staying with us.

Easy check in, adorable cabin with so much care and thought with what is in the room. Heated tile outside the jetted tub. Comfy sheets and robes. Very clean. Cups and drinks available. Would highly recommend and go for a walk around the property!

It was smaller than expected, but a very nice property. Unfortunately our room wasn't very clean. The toilet had some sticky liquid all over the floor in front of it. One of the coffee cups was dirty.....

This was so cozy and comfortable! Breakfast was delivered to our door and was delicious. One critique would be to have more sturdy bed side stands as the shelves we had were small coming out of the Sheetrock. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful setting and nice rooms. Room was very spacious. Lovely patio to sit outside and view the beautiful scenery. The breakfast was delivered to our room and it was delicious. My granddaughter and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Even with all the snow, the property was easy to find and get into. Each cabin has it's own labeled parking spot for easy to find and easy access to their cabins. Beautiful, maintained property with walking trails. Even during covid, morning breakfast is a tasty homemade treat!! Enjoyed homemade eats brought hot and fresh to your door via contactless delivery. We will definitely be going back to Pine River. THANK YOU PATRICK & JESSICA OLSEN for such a lovely get away.

Such a beautiful property. It was all frozen over with frosty beauty!! The owner makes a safe path for you to get down to the trails thru property and I highly recommend doing so!!

Beautiful bed and breakfast just outside of the heart of Leavenworth.... gorgeous scenery with mountains and rivers . Room was spacious ,comfortable and welcoming. The jacuzzi tub in the Natapoc Suite was a great amenity and the breakfast served in the morning was delicious . I would highly recommend Pine River Ranch for a romantic getaway.

A Good bnb, if you like to be left alone.
I wasnt expecting the self check-in. I'm old fashion and like the person treatment, kinda why we chose a bnb. Most bnbs we go to show you around the property, tell you all the details of breakfasts, amenities, things to do. Not here, at Pine River Ranch you get given an email that tells you where to find an envelope, envelope tells you were to find your suite, inside the sweet youll find an instruction book for the bnb and it's not exactly straight forward. But they do personally deliver breakfast to your room. I just wasnt a fan of driving all day and then having to do a scavenger hunt to get a good knights sleep.

Obi, Thanks for the review. People come to Pine River Ranch to get away from everyday life and we found that trying to make them stick to a hard check-in time was not good for anyone. We did speak over the phone this week about this reservation cancellation and how we couldn't refund your account as the credit card on file wasn't taking the refund. A check has been sent out to you. I hope that there is follow through on your end to remove this email as it really was inaccurate and unfair as we did try to refund your money.

No refund for early checkout
The room did not meet our expectation so decided to cut our stay short by one day. There was not enough in the “kitchenette” to prepare meals from the groceries we brought. The Internet/WiFi connection was poor, often couldn’t connect, and I was unable to work online as planned. The room wasn’t cleaned the next day nor fresh towels nor coffee service replenished. Upon checkout the owner refused to refund the final day even though we’d given him 24-hour notice, claiming a 30-day cancellation policy.

Beautiful view with the comforts of home
We had a great cozy stay at Pine River Ranch. The facility is a beautiful country style bed and breakfast with gorgeous views of the mountains and country side. Our room was very spacious and accommodating with a small kitchenette, comfortable couch and seating area. As well as a private bathroom. It's not too far from the town of Leavenworth, but is a good 20 minutes away, if you plan on commuting. The service is very good and friendly. Breakfast was simple, but super yummy.

Nice, but wasn't great.
My wife and I stayed at PRR during a Christmas visit to Leavenworth. The owners were nice, and the property is beautiful. We have stayed at just a few Bed and Breakfast locations before, and we had really high expectations for this stay. However, it was just o.k., the gas fireplace quit working and the owner got home and he fixed it about an hour later. The little portable heater fan barely kept our bedroom livable during the blizzard. Also, breakfast was a little underwhelming for $340, an egg (omelet) with a little cheese sprinkled on it, some roasted potatoes, and some orange juice. If we do this trip again in future years we will probably just get a hotel room in Wenatchee, almost the same driving distance into Leavenworth.

Jeff, We are sorry that your visit didn't meet your expectations. We had one of the coldest recorded December and January months on record and worked hard to provide as much heat into our rooms as possible. We are continuing to work on our 1944 house to be more efficient for those negative temperature time periods, if we see them again! Our breakfasts our all homemade using locally sourced eggs, meat, and fruit when in season. Our individual two-egg ham and cheese omelette that you had along with fried red potatoes, fruit, and juice has always been a guest favorite. Usually, we see food left on the plates from most rooms. We hope that you come back and see us, maybe in warmer weather, so you can enjoy the outside activities that we offer around our B&B. Thanks for stopping in.

Noriko, We are sorry that you had a bad traffic experience while staying at our B&B. The Christmas lighting ceremony is such an attraction that 30,000 people not used to driving in snow does slow down the entrance to town.
