We stayed for the evening because we needed a place to sleep for an early sporting event. The bed was clean, but the bathroom was very rundown. The paint was peeling on most of the walls, there were gaps in the wall around the old light fixture. The bathroom fixtures were clean though.

Absolute dump. Don't be misled by the photos. I was hesitant at first to book a room because of the low price plus not being a national chain. But the photos on Expedia made the place appear OK so I booked 2 nights through Expedia. (I should note that I also had to pre-pay for both nights). Frankly, for the price I didn't expect much but this hotel didn't even live up to those low expectations. Immediately upon arrival I had my doubts but it was late and I had already pre-paid for two nights through Expedia. The first room they offered me had the television torn off the wall and laying face down on the dresser. Underneath it was a half eaten muffin. I told the young man at the front desk about the condition of the room and he graciously gave me another (upgraded) room. The second room wasn't much better, though. However, it was so late in the evening that I reluctantly stayed that 1st night. The next morning I checked out (a day earlier than what I originally booked and pre-paid for). However, the clerk at the desk said he could not refund me for the 2nd night because the booking was through Expedia. He said that I would have to get the refund through Expedia. I contacted Expedia who in turn contacted the hotel. Expedia then emailed me saying the hotel refused to issue a refund. (Bear in mind I only wanted a refund for the second night that I didn't not stay). Because the hotel refused to refund the night I didn't stay, I ended up paying for two nights in a filthy room.

First, I did not have a working outlet in the bathroom and when I tried to use the lamp outlet it kept coming out. Second there was a dirty adult diaper in the parking lot. Lastly, I was laying in bed at 10:30 at night and the person next to me had their TV so loud I could hear what they were watching, I called the front desk they said they came up but the person didn't answer and that they tried to call them. I don't know if it was me banging on their wall because the front desk said "that is not a reason to switch rooms" or if they got in touch with them. Then at 630 in the morning they were blasting music "dancing on my own" to be exact. There was trash on my floor when I first walked in. Just not a good stay, hopefully it was a fluke but I won't be staying there again.

the worst place ive ever stayed...i could look past some things but this place needs a major overhaul..the whole hotel smells like an ashtray same as my room...space in the room overall wasn't awful but the bathroom was in need of work, didn't even shower there bc i was too grossed out. location of hotel seemed like a slummy area..photos in listing are very deceptive, very noisy area train was very loud nearby, lots of heavy traffic coming and going...ppl next room to mine decided to have a rave from 12am-4am, couldn't call front desk had to physically get out of bed to make complaint...did not stop the rave from unfolding just reduced the volume finally at 7am i had enough no sleep and will not be returning.. I understand that other ppl dont make a hotel but it was the lack of effort made to stop it..small warnings to prevent ppl from continuing bad behavior..

The hotel was extremely run down and noticeably dirty. The room we were given was supposed to be a large room with a queen bed, but it was no bigger than approximately 18×18 and only had a full‑size bed. The hair dryer in the bathroom could not be used because there was no outlet in the bathroom at all. We also did not have a coffee pot, an ice bucket, or even plastic cups. The microwave and refrigerator did not work, and the floor was dirty. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. Only cold, regular coffee was offered, and when we called ahead to confirm our reservation, we specifically asked what the breakfast included and whether decaf coffee was available. Cheerios, Raisin Bran, and Froot Loops do not qualify as a continental breakfast. There was no creamer or milk for anyone who could drink regular coffee, and no juice options were provided. We even called around to find another hotel or place to stay, but everything in the area was fully booked due to the rabbit and cavy show being held at the Lebanon Expo Center this weekend. Unfortunately, we had no alternative.
