Although the property was undergoing remodeling, my room was newly and beautifully appointed, very comfortable, and very quiet. Easy check in and safe, quick access to my room. I was travelling with my cat so it was important to me to be able to get everything in the room easily from the parking lot. Would recommend

Parking was safe & convenient. I appreciated extra towels in our room and breakfast included. Construction going on. Worn and dirty carpet in hallways, dirty smudged wall in our bathroom. Had to carry baggage up steps as no elevator.

This hotel was fine for its price point. There were some spots on the bathroom counter that weren't clean. It seems that since the granite was multi-colored the unclean parts weren't noticeable to whoever "cleaned". The receptionist wasn't very helpful when it came to telling us information about restaurants in walking distance.

Room had no electric working on one side, no tv , smelled very bad. Like dog urine. And housekeeping went into our room even with do not disturb sign on the door. When i asked why she was there i was spoken to horribly. Very bad experience

Currently under renovations. Pool is full of water but green. Front desk stated that it has cracks in it and they are awaiting someone to fix it but no idea how ling it will be. Carpet being replaced is a tripping hazard in hallway, fans out in hallways become horrible obstacles to get around. Room has computer chair but no table or desk for it and no where to hang any clothing. I was in a renovated room. Still had a bullet hole in the window.

I like to start with a positive, so can say that our room was clean. It was a bare bones room. To be specific: There wasn't a single chair, desk, dresser, closet or place to hang a single jacket. The lighting was poor aside for above the sink. There is a renovation project under way in parts of the building, but that's no excuse for the spartan room furnishing.
