"Beautiful apartment that was extremely spacious. Our only complaint was how hot it was in the morning without air conditioning and only one of the 2 fans provided worked. Also we spent a good amount of time on spider removal each night after the sun went down 🕷️🕸️😨 would be nice if there was some kind of pest control to eliminate the spiders. Due to the spiders surrounding the doors and windows we couldn’t open the windows at night to cool down the apartment unless we wanted to share the bed...

"Elevator was broken during our stay of 3 days and our apartment was on the third floor. We had elderly couples with us and luggages. It wasn’t convenient for us at all. Provided towel weren’t that clean. The mattress in the bedroom was horrible, dirt and uncomfortable. I won’t recommend anyone to stay there. The receptionists weren’t helpful at all. They didn’t take any responsibilities and saying that this is just their part time jobs. "

"We had an excellent stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The breakfasts were delicious, and the room was always spotless thanks to the excellent housekeeping service. I traveled from Puerto Rico with a minor who was competing in the European Optimist Championship, and the hotel made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We truly appreciate all the kindness, attention, and support we received. Thank you for helping make our trip such a positive experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"Our room was very clean and well equipped with fridge, hairdryer, towels. For an inner city hotel it’s lovely and quaint. There’s a common room downstairs with access to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, microwave, fridge, board games and an X box available 24 hours a day. I was very impressed and my standards are high. There’s an iron and ironing board in the corridor on every level, as we were heading to a wedding in Gdansk and had flown in from London I was impressed with that as our wedding attire got creased in the case. The breakfast in the morning was really good, I would recommend."

"Brilliant value for a hotel with a spa and swimming pool. The room was very comfortable, with a nice big bed and good air conditioning. Breakfast was good quality with a wide selection. The water machine in the corridor is a plus. The hotel is a short walk from a train station. There is not much else around, but that was fine as we visited for the hotel facilities."
