「The owner was fabulous with helping us navigate our stay and the staff was great. Breakfast was fabulous. The pool was great. Centrally located to everything we needed. We got lucky with parking but parking is an issue throughout Italy. It would be nice to have air conditioning because we couldn't keep the windows open due to foot traffic noise. great price point and lovely room. bathroom was large enough for two people to get ready. we really liked it.」

「This was the worst experience I have ever had. The car pulled up in front of a garage with no indication there was a hotel inside the building. We found an elevator at the back with no signage indicating there was a hotel or where the hotel was located. Once we found the floor the hotel was on we could not enter as the door was locked. The location is excellent, the apartments are spacious and clean. The breakfast alone makes it an easy “yes.” The staff is what makes the experience. They communicated well prior to our arrival. They were invaluable resources to us for travel plans and questions. We felt right at home. We began as strangers and left as friends. 」
