A very bright studio penthouse with a kitchen area and sleeping area with a comfortable bathroom with shower and a large terrace with a gazebo and barbecue where you can eat or just sunbathe. It is located just a few meters from the historic center of Lecce, in the area servitissima both for public transport and commercial activities. Free public parking is available. Ideal for a couple vacation or for a business trip. It is possible, on request, to have separate beds and breakfast
