A great apartment with secure parking. It had everything we needed and we were very happy with our choice. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lecce.

Great 4 days in Lecce

The only possible negative is there was a band downstairs one night until midnight. It didn’t bother us at all but it might if you were a early to bed person.

Couples experience

Good location, lift to the rental and a parking space which was a huge bonus, balcony and spacious.... is why I would give it a 4/5. Cleanliness could certainly be improved..... kitchen not clean and freezer full of mold. We were told not to use the other bathroom or bedrooms even though we had rented the entire apartment. Owner lives in apartment next to it. Departure was not clear and could reach owner ( what to do with the keys) .... he did show up Independantly.

The apartment was as described on the HomeAway website. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Its location is excellent for exploring the historic centre of Lecce, which has lots of interest and a great choice of restaurants. Having a private garage is a great plus. BUT the apartment is on the first floor above a bar which has live music and ‘cabaret’ until late. Had I known this I would not have booked the apartment. There is no mention of this in the owner’s description so be warned, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Ideale Lage

Um Lecce und Salento zu besichtigen, ist diese Wohnung ideal gelegen. Ein paar Schritte, und man ist in der Altstadt von Lecce. Alle Ziele des Salento sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Unbezahlbar ist die Garage, da Parkplätze wirklich Mangelware sind. Die Wohnung ist groß, hell, sehr sauber und liegt sehr ruhig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche erneuert. Giuseppe war immer ansprechbar. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Küche, die Möbel sind sehr einfach und es gibt kein warmes Wasser.

fabulous apartment

Lovely apartment with a lift. Very modern. Includes a garage, washer, 2 bathrooms. 1/2 block to a gelateria. 1 block to a fab Osteria. Easy walking distance to old town with a gazillion churches and great Roman theater and ampitheater. Owners were very attentive and helpful. Only negative was a yapping dog in the neighborhood.
