Apartment with Mountain-View Terrace in Lecco, just 3 minutes by car from Manzoni Hospital and the State Road 36 exit.
Located at the exit of the main road connecting Lecco to Milan, Bergamo, Lake Como, and Valsassina, this panoramic apartment enjoys a truly strategic position and offers a wonderful view of the mountains surrounding Lecco. Set in a quiet, green residential area, it features high-speed internet, 6 sleeping places, and is close to the bus stop—making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers.
Its proximity to Manzoni Hospital, which is within walking distance, also makes it suitable for visitors or staff of the facility. In addition, it is just a few meters from trails that connect Lecco to the surrounding mountains, particularly Resegone and Magnodeno.
Lecco train station is connected to the apartment by Line 1, which takes about 10 minutes. On foot, it’s about a 30-minute walk.
The apartment is on the first floor of a small building, accessed from the shared courtyard or from garage area, and can be reached both by stairs or a lift. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and dining table for up to 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 4, and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower.
There are three terraces with mountain views. The one connected to the living room is spacious and includes a dining table—perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.
The spaces are designed for maximum comfort: quality mattresses, air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, kitchen with microwave, stove, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and utensils. Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board, drying rack, and the private garage (for small vehicles only).
At arrival, you will find the home ready with bed linen and towels for all guests, plus a welcome kit including oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, laundry capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, and toilet paper.
The property is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company committed to concrete and measurable sustainability projects. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood initiative, which promotes responsible and sustainable tourism in the Lake Como and Valsassina areas.
Please note: the private garage is quite small and has a complicated entrance. It is suitable only for very small cars, motorbikes, or bicycles. For larger vehicles, we suggest parking outside—fortunately, it is usually easy to find public parking nearby. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
