「Great location」

「The apartment was amazing! AC worked well and the host Marco was wonderful. Plenty of room for 3 of us and the patio was great to lounge on and look at the beautiful lake and mountains. It is on a busy road so you can’t walk to town. Taxis are really expensive ( I don’t recommend using Donicar, he charged us 30 to go to town 2 km away), rent a car if you can there is a parking garage in Varenna.The little beach was the highlight of our stay. We went swimming every day and the water was so clean...

「The view from the bedroom and the living room and the balcony was spectacular. We also loved hearing the waves during the night. This is a perfect apartment for two people. We sat out on the balcony every day. This would not be a good apartment for anyone who finds stairs challenging because there’s no other way to get to it.」

「The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay in Varenna. It is located very close to the local bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the train station. The self check-in process was simple, although the instructions we were sent had the wrong box described for our apartment, but it was self explanatory once we got there as the boxes are all lettered.
