"The villa is beautiful and the views fromthe property are outstanding. The villa was very clean. We just had a few small scorpions but that is to be expected in that area. Be aware there is no A/C in the two guest bedrooms but if you leave the doors open they will stay cool. The town of Colico about 5 mins away is really cute with wonderful restaurants by the water. The property has a washing machine which was great but no iron so we had to take some clothes to the dry cleaners. Good...

There is a large pool, game room, and movie room - perfect for all ages. The villa has a lot of history associated with it and we could not have picked a better place to create our memories of Italy. "This charming and comfortable home was perfect for our visit to Lecco. The views from the house and yard were spectacular, and the charcoal grill permitted us to have a cookout one night. Well equipped kitchen, great toys for the children, very clean throughout the whole home, and very gracious host. The fresh bread and cookies and beautiful sweet nectarines left to welcome us were an extra special welcome. Would joyfully return! "

"The space wasn’t very clean, so many bugs everywhere, cobwebs in the corner and stained sofa/seat. The view was nice but not worth the hike all the way up and down each day. There was no bus and it was very hard to get a taxi. I would recommend staying closer to the town if you’re taking the ferries. "
