「Incredible good hotel with very kind service, comfortable room and good location.」

「Although it was hard to find and a trek to get to the hotel, if you are wanting a beautiful castle room, you must stay here! It was worth it! Pack light! The walk to the hotel is steep and there is no elevator in the hotel. The hotel restaurant is wonderful and convenient.」

「Very nice and quiet environment. Room is clean. It would be nice if they can put some hooks in the room for hanging things, as there are no rod or hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Although not in Sorrento, transportation to Sorrento is convenient with 2 Euro per trip shuttle bus, takes about 10 minutes to Sorrento. Overall satisfactory and good price.」

「It is a very nice property and fantastic location. The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable. Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy. The biggest issue we had was the climate control not working, which...
